Most recently, I've been thinking about how our wedding day truly represented Phil and I as people - especially our creative sides. I've finally started to get back into painting for the first time since having Naiya and it feels so liberating. I don't think I realized how important it is to have this creative outlet that allows me to completely decompress until I became a mom.

Last week, I finally had the chance to paint for the first time since Naiya was born. It was only for about an hour but I walked away feeling like I found a little piece of my pre-baby self again.

I didn't have much of a bump until I was about 8-months preggo. For a long time, it looked like I had eaten too many burritos and I felt completely uncomfortable.
