HOW WE’RE STYLING QUARANTINE BASICS

Naiya is turning three years old this weekend! I literally blinked and here we are (I’m not crying, you’re crying!).  Naturally, I’ve been going down a Naiya photo rabbit hole back to the first moment I met her and it’s all just so surreal.  Sharing some recent snaps of Naiya and I during this everlasting quarantine in basic outfits we’ve been wearing on repeat. Commemorating the end of her being two and officially becoming a three-nager!

9.5 MONTHS WITH SADIE

How is quarantine time moving by even quicker than normal time? I keep blinking and Sadie and Naiya keep growing another month older and I can’t keep up.  Still working so hard to find the perfect balance between working remotely from home and mom-ing without any breathers and it’s definitely not easy! I’m sure all mamas are feeling the grind this year of all years so I know we’re all in it together.

THE CHILDREN’S PLACE: MOMMY & ME LOOKS

I never thought I’d be “that” mom who bought matching outfits for her daughters AND herself. Growing up, my mom used to dress my sister and I in matching outfits but it was the 90’s, we were seven years apart and I remember feeling so not cute and pretty mortified. But truth be told, 12 weeks into becoming a mama of two, I’ve officially become my mother! I’m finding the whole matching family outfit thing to be kind of addicting and fun! Who am I?!

MOM & BABY UPDATE: 17 MONTHS

I can’t believe Naiya is 17-months and will be turning a year-and-a-half on the 30th.  I keep blinking and months seem to be flashing right by.  Naiya is growing like crazy and her little thigh rolls are starting to slim out (cue the ugly tears!) She’s a full-out toddler now and I find myself scrolling through her photos from a few months ago wondering where our baby went. Rounding up our outfits of the day today as well as a mom and baby update.

DAD SNEAKERS + BABY MOCCASINS

I can’t believe our Prague trip is coming to an end.  I wish our family could continue to travel for at least a few more weeks but of course we have to go back to the real world. Traveling for the first time abroad with Naiya has been exhausting but also so special. I’ve been very aware of the fact that Naiya will only be this young once so I’ve been doing my best to soak it all in (the travel fussiness, dirty diapers at the most inopportune times and all!). Overall, she really has been a dream and we feel extremely lucky! Sharing a few outfit photos we snapped before we left for our trip last week featuring white “dad sneakers” and the cutest little pink dress and blue romper on Naiya.
