Celebrating 29 weeks of pregnancy today! Phil and I finally took our first class last night at LA’s The Pump Station and it was super eye-opening. It was a three hour breast feeding class (lucky Phil!) and now I’m bracing myself for the first three months of motherhood even more so than before (but I’m thankful for all of the intel!). Thankful for such a supportive hubby
Still blogging away from the chilly east coast but it’s been an amazing trip full of really exciting shoots. Posting a spring dress today that I can’t wait to wear again when I get back to the fabulously warmer weather of LA. So excited for some sunshine. I absolutely love this dress and know I’ll get a ton of use out of it this spring and summer. The best part is that it’s currently 40% off! It’s so comfy and I also love all of the fun details on the sleeves and trim.
This holiday season, I’m obsessing over velvet. Naturally, when I spotted this rose-colored bodysuit, I fell in love. It feels luxurious and looks beautiful on paired with pants and skirts. I especially love its flouncy sleeves. Today, I paired it with a very ’90’s-inspired look that kind of reminds me of the Spice Girls. I figured: why not channel some nostalgia in my wardrobe today? We almost made it through another year and I’m celebrating.
It’s now been one month since our big day and I’m realizing as each day passes that post-wedding life can be very bittersweet. On one hand, we’re so happy to be married and are so thankful that wedding planning is finally over–we feel so lucky!
I usually gravitate towards dressing up but I also love a good laid back, relaxed outfit day at least once a week. To celebrate the end of the week, today was one of those days. I was running around LA so I threw on some comfy converse, a simple black tee and boyfriend jeans. You can never go wrong with a simple black tee and jeans–which is why I have a bunch of the same black tee on standby in my closet (one of my favorites is this one from GAP).
