Still blogging away from the chilly east coast but it’s been an amazing trip full of really exciting shoots. Posting a spring dress today that I can’t wait to wear again when I get back to the fabulously warmer weather of LA. So excited for some sunshine. I absolutely love this dress and know I’ll get a ton of use out of it this spring and summer. The best part is that it’s currently 40% off! It’s so comfy and I also love all of the fun details on the sleeves and trim.
Happy Friday! I’ve been looking forward to this weekend for a while now and am so excited that it’s finally here. Saturday, Phil and I are attending what’s sure to be a friend’s beautiful wedding in Laguna Beach and that night, I’ll be hopping on a red eye to fly home to upstate New York to attend a bridal shower for one of my childhood besties. The shower is set to start just after I hop off the plane so hopefully I’ll be running on tons adrenaline! Either way, I can’t wait.
I always look forward to Sundays in Los Angeles because that’s when I hit up some of my favorite flea markets in search of vintage treasures. I especially love Melrose Trading Post because it’s the perfect place to find repurposed furniture at a really affordable cost, amongst tons of other things–from jewelry to vintage clothes and everything in between. When I first moved to LA, I pretty much bought every piece of shabby chic furniture I owned at this market and it’s followed me for years to many different apartments.
Tonight, I had the pleasure of attending an uber-classy event at Tiffany and Co in Beverly Hills featuring my friend, Aimee Song, of the Song of Style blog. She is currently traveling the country, helping to promote the Tiffany Atlas Jewelry Collection and this was her west coast stop. Here is a photo recap of the evening:
