Phil and I are so excited to share part two of our engagement shoot with you today. If you missed part one of our shoot, you can check it out here (and if we’ve inundated you with too many photos already, we apologize in advance–we’re just enjoying every minute of this crazy roller coaster of engagement!).
I’ve recently found myself mixing up a few different shades of white in my outfits. There’s something so ethereal and classic about these soft colors together and they’re a nice-needed break from darker colors I tend to wear during the fall. Even though this outfit looks like I’m wearing a dress, I basically paired my favorite creme tutu skirt with a nude tank and then I styled a crocheted shirt over it.
This week, I had the pleasure of spending some time with Los Angeles-based jewelry designer, Erica Clum. Erica is the truly gifted artist behind Earthling, a line of handmade jewelry you need to know about. She is an upstate New York transplant like myself and I love that her pieces really do have an east coast, nature-inspired vibe. Her east side-based studio space, “Gold Mine,” really echoes this vibe too–especially with the antlers mounted all over the walls that immediately showcase her design aesthetic.
