Only five more sleeps until the holidays and I feel like I’m on a mad dash to the gifting finish line! If you’ve been following along for a while, you’ll know I’m a self-proclaimed gift buying procrastinator. I always have the best intentions but somehow, I never get my act together until the last minute. This year is no exception, so for those of you who are like me, I’m rounding up my favorite last-minute gift guides below for the women and baby girls in your lives. The best part? Everything I’m sharing is also on sale for the win. You’ve got this!
Since tonight is the first night of Hanukkah, I’ve put together a mini holiday gift guide above. There are so many fun gifts to buy this time of year from all different price points so I picked some of my favorites across the board.
There are so many fashionable goodies out there right now for the holidays, I pretty much had the best Black Friday I’ve ever had this year. Growing up, I must admit that I barely even knew what Black Friday was. My parents kept us safe and sound at home instead of taking us out to shop at the crack of dawn with all of the crazies. For this, I am actually pretty thankful. Last year was my first year braving the crowds on Black Friday. While it was something I felt I just needed to experience, it was full-on insane.
Above, I’ve put together some of my favorite items I’m loving right now. I am loving the headband, belt and necklace on my list, because they are great statement pieces for the holiday season. I’m all about the sparkle right now, as long as it’s not too much. It’s important to wear these pieces with understated garments to they really pop.
The red dress above from Anthroplogie really caught my eye. I love that it’s such a glamorous maxi dress in a classic holiday color. I think the detailing is really girly and pretty and the frock is perfect for holiday parties.
As for the Vita Fede bracelet above, this is one designer I’ve become extremely excited about over the past few months. Each piece of jewelry from this collection, including the bracelets, are classy and understated with a bit of edge. For this reason, they are the types of bracelets you can wear with anything and they look great in layers.
The A-line mini skirt above has a really great cut to it. I tried it on a few weeks back and wish I had bought it because I’m still thinking about how great of an addition it would be to my wardrobe. I’ll keep it in mind for my next trip to Anthropologie for sure.
Last but not least, the pullover white sweater looks really comfy and cozy and even though I live in Los Angeles where it barely gets below 50 degrees in the winter, I am still a New Yorker at heart and I love to dress for the different seasons. This is a great piece that can be quite versatile–worn with leggings, skinny jeans, even a skirt. I love that you can dress it up with statement necklaces or layer it under your favorite leather jacket or blazer.
