In honor of New York Fashion Week, I’m sharing some of my latest fashion illustrations with you today. These looks are based off of some of my favorite colors and silhouettes of the moment for fall. I’m currently loving royal colors–deep reds, purples and touches of orange.

NYFW KATE SPADE
I can’t get enough of all of the amazing looks coming down the runways at New York Fashion Week right now. When I saw Kate Spade’s fall 2016 collection earlier week, I couldn’t wait to sketch it out. The colors are so vibrant and I loved seeing the bright fuchsias and reds blended together with beautiful bold patterns. These classic looks with a modern twist are a fashion illustrator’s dream. I’m excited to share my take on these looks from my sketchbook with you today.
RED HOLIDAY GOWN
Phil and I flew from LA to Washington D.C. this morning to celebrate the holidays with family. Now that we’ve landed, I can’t believe it’s actually warmer here than it’s been in LA. 70 Degrees in December on the east coast is pretty crazy and although I packed all of my winter gear, we’re thankful not to have to layer up this year! Fashion-wise, I’ve been painting a lot of holiday inspiration recently and this red gown is one of my favorites.
FROM THE SKETCHBOOK
During the first few years of our relationship, Phil and I bonded over many things–but especially our love for travel. When we first met, I had already lived abroad in Europe for a semester in college; he had never ventured further than Canada but couldn’t wait to explore.
FROM THE SKETCHBOOK: CELINE
I can’t get enough of this red mini Celine bag–it’s been on my fashion wish list for a while now. I love its clean, classic lines and it’s bold, bright color.
