This is the first year Phil and I get to celebrate Valentine’s Day together as husband and wife instead of as fiances so it’s an especially special one. He’s also been traveling a lot on business recently so we’re excited to finally have some time to celebrate and to relax. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, I’m excited to share some new hand-painted Valentine’s Day cards now available for a limited time on my online shop.

FROM THE SKETCHBOOK
It’s Haute Couture week in Paris which means I’ve found myself completely glued to social media and fashion blogs watching the latest and greatest high-fashion gowns of the moment float down the runway. FROM THE SKETCHBOOK
I have been sketching away a lot lately and the above fashion illustration was a fun one to create. The inspiration behind it actually came from Project Runway because I love how the designers on the show are always tasked with creating garments out of some crazy materials.
