I blinked and we officially have a three year old! I’m sure I sound like a broken record at this point but I truly can’t believe how quickly time is FLYING by with my girls. Also, the growth between ages 2 and 3 is truly mind-blowing! Last year at this time, Naiya was a baby who had just started nursery school and this year, she’s a non-stop talking tiny person (who is home with us all day during this global pandemic but of course, that’s another story!). Sharing photos today from our special, low-key birthday weekend together and a Naiya update below too. It wasn’t the birthday celebration we would have planned but since Naiya was smiling the entire time, it was definitely one for the memory books.
Finally getting around to sharing our photos from our baby moon in Maui a couple weeks ago. So thankful for these photos because the trip went so quickly, it already feels like it was all a dream. Aside from Maui’s amazing beaches, one of the dreamiest locations we visited along our journey was this sunflower field just outside of Wailea.
This weekend, my sister and I were excited to attend Unique LA the largest “buy local” shopping event in the country. I’m a big fan of made in America goods and I love to support entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Our wedding week is finally here! I can’t BELIEVE we have less than a week until Phil and I tie the knot and there is still so much to do! I’ve been so caught up with work and with (never-ending) wedding planning that I’ve been a bit MIA recently. Sharing an outfit I’ve been living in because it’s so comfy and I’m loving the open back.
I lived in this outfit this weekend and loved every minute. This black maxi skirt has become my weekend go-to because it’s so comfy, easy to throw on and I love that it can be dressed up or down. I dressed it down with a comfy pair of Birkenstocks that I’ve now worn in so well, they fit my feet like a glove. I layered on my favorite black leather jacket for some extra edge and wrapped a flannel around my waist for a pop of pattern.
