Our fam is walking out of 2020 with the same determination that Sadie has in this photo. The biggest mazels to everyone for making it to the end of this unbelievable year. It stopped us all in our tracks and took our breath away. It taught us to slow down and savor the little things. It was scary, uncertain, uncomfortable and transformative. Millions of people suffered–both outwardly and silently. And perhaps the craziest part? The entire world was in it together. 2020 reminded us that our health is truly everything. Somehow, despite all of its countless hardships, 2020 flew by.

A LOOK BACK: 2018
How is this the last day of 2019? 2018 flew by quicker than any year I can remember. I started 2018 as an anxious new mama cradling a tiny four month old baby wondering how I’d ever go back to work. Now I have a walking, spunky 16 month old and I’ve found my new normal (usually!)! Excited to take a look back at 2018 below with our favorite outfits and an ever-growing Naiya.
A LOOK BACK: 2016
Happy almost New Year! I still can’t believe how quickly 2016 flew by and how jam-packed it was. I’ve been taking some time this week to reflect on all of this year’s ups and downs, challenges and successes. This year, I made a big career change, celebrated my first wedding anniversary with my hubby, took in the natural beauty of Iceland, partnered with new brands I look up to and I produced a bunch of series at work that I’m really proud of.
GOLDEN GLOBES INSPO
It’s been such a busy few weeks for Phil and I–we were busy traveling for the holidays and in the past week alone, we’ve also attended two weddings–one on the east coast and one back home in LA. Both weddings were for some of our best friends and they were so beautiful. Fashion and beauty-wise, I always love getting creative and adding an extra touch of glam for events like weddings–especially during award season in LA because I get inspired. Likewise, I’m excited to share one of my favorite gowns I’ve ever worn with you today which is perfect for winter and spring weddings alike, not to mention any sort of red carpet or black tie event in your neck of the woods.
A LOOK BACK: 2015
Happy almost New Year! As we enter 2016, I’m especially thankful for all of the things that I’ve learned this year–both through writing RELish and beyond. 2015 has been a year full of big life changes and many ups and downs but my favorite highlight by far was tying the knot with my love, Phil on April 19th in southern California. Our wedding opened up a whole new life chapter for us and so far, it’s hands down my favorite.
