KONMARI X CONTAINER STORE REVIEW

What a crazy year last week was! Just over a handful of days into the new year, I’m wrapping myself in all of the cozy items I can find for some extra comfort. From this crazy, seemingly never-ending virus to everything happening in the news right now, it’s A LOT. Sharing a post featuring one of my favorite loungewear brands I’ve been living in recently, Cozy Earth. From joggers to tops and even the softest bedding, Cozy Earth pieces are made of the most breathable bamboo material. Since they’re currently having a 25%-30% off sale, I’m rounding up some of my fave pieces to share with you so you can cozy up too.
I can’t believe we’re officially two weeks into our quarantine! TBH, I’m pretty impressed that time is actually flying over here and we’re getting into a solid rhythm. I’ve already felt all the feels–ups, downs—a true rollercoaster of emotion. And since we don’t know how long this new normal will continue, I’m all about feeling as comfy and cozy as possible without breaking the bank. Today, I’m rounding up some of my favorite joggers, pullovers, sweatshirts, slippers, sweaters and everything in between that are all on sale.
A week and a half into our quarantine, I’ve been making it a point to create as much normalcy throughout my day as possible. It’s the least I can do throughout all of this uncertainty while balancing work and kids at home! One way I’ve been doing this is by making sure I actually get dressed in the morning. The first few days working from home last week, I wore a lot of sweatpants on repeat. This ended up getting old because I realized pretty quickly that they were making me feel sluggish and unproductive. Sharing a dress with you today that I’ve been living in instead. It’s just as comfy as sweats but it looks and feels more presentable–especially on all of my zoom conference calls (AKA the new normal)! Styling it two different ways below while social distancing.
We snapped these photos a few weeks ago when Sadie and I had a date at the beautiful Beverly Hills Hotel. It was a couple of days before I went back to work from maternity leave and I remember feeling so nervous! At that point, I hadn’t been away from Sadie for more than an hour or two here and there and I was trying to wrap my head around what our new normal might look like. Looking back, it’s crazy that at this point, coronavirus was not yet a household name and that so much has changed in just a few short weeks. Likewise, along with rounding up our outfit details today, I’m sharing some ways our family is protecting ourselves against this scary virus in case this info helps any other anxious mamas out there.
