10 Things To Do In Prague With Young Kids

Los Angeles mom blogger, RELish By Arielle, shares the top ten things to do in Prague with a baby or toddler

Our family had the best trip to Prague this past fall (more here) and because of crazy mom life, I’m only just now getting a chance to share a bit more about it.  Better late than never, I’m so excited to share this post with you! First off, it’s so special to look back at these photos of Naiya because she’s already grown so much since this trip (I’m not crying, you’re crying!). Without further ado, I’m excited to round up the top 10 things to do with a toddler or baby in Prague. Let’s face it: traveling with kids 0-3 can be especially challenging! It’s my hope that the below tips will help you to enjoy this city to its fullest potential with your little ones in tow. Sharing outfit details below too. Enjoy!

THESE BOOTS ARE MADE FOR MAMAS

Since I’m only 5’4 on a good day, I’m always on the hunt for comfy heels that will give me some extra height.  In my 20’s I used to rock the highest heels no matter how uncomfortable they were but now that I’m a mama, it’s all about keeping my feet happy (and making sure I can run around after Naiya without breaking my neck!).  I’m so excited to team up with one of my favorite brands, Everlane today to share the most comfortable low-heeled booties you need to know about.  Not only are they perfect for chasing your kids–they’re also so timeless, you’ll still look chic.

WHERE TO SCORE HOLIDAY SEQUINS

When I first saw this sparkly red midi skirt, it truly was love at first sight! Truth be told, I’ve been bingeing the Amazon series, “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” like crazy and I couldn’t wait to style this skirt as a sort of throwback look inspired by Mrs. Maisel’s wardrobe. With the holidays only one week away, we all need a little extra sparkle. Sharing where to score this little number and a few different ways I’ve been wearing it as well. Enjoy!

HOW TO SURVIVE ROAD TRIPS WITH YOUR TODDLER

After we had Naiya, we went from seeing our families a few times a year to so many times a year, it’s become increasingly difficult to keep track!  All of this extra family time has really upped our travel game recently–especially since Phil and I are both east coast transplants and we want to make sure we are able to visit everyone.  This weekend, we took a road trip from LA to Phoenix and back to see Phil’s family for a total of almost 6 hours each way.  In prepping for the trip, while I initially couldn’t help but picture a baby crying fest and anxiety overload, we lived to tell the tale! Today, I’m rounding up our favorites tips in case you have family road trips with your baby or toddler planned in the near future too. I should add that many of these tips were recommendations I received from readers on Instagram! A big thank you to those who helped us out–you guys are lifesavers!

15 MONTHS IN: MOM AND BABY STYLE

I can’t believe how quickly December is flying by and that Naiya is officially 15 months old!  She just made it through her first ear infection this week so we’ve been laying low.  For the girl who almost always sleeps on schedule, putting her to bed this week was a million times harder! I’d put her in her crib half asleep and she’d wake right up and cry her eyes out while she clinged to me for dear life.  Now that she’s on the mend, I’m excited to finally be able to sleep tonight without staring at the baby monitor every five minutes (new mamas, you know what I mean!). Sharing our latest outfit post with you today featuring one of my favorite skirts of the moment and the cutest hand-embroidered blue and white dress on Naiya. Scroll down to the bottom of this post for a 15 month baby update too.
