1 WEEK IN: QUARANTINE UPDATE

One week into our coronavirus quarantine, I’m not even sure what day it is!  Between conference calls, screaming kids and my increasing anxiety about all of this uncertainty, it hasn’t been easy. My heart goes out to you because I can only imagine you’re all feeling the same way. In addition to today’s outfit post, I’m sharing an update today about of how it’s been going on our end. I hope these photos take your mind off of all the crazy–even if just for a few minutes!

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

Los Angeles mom and fashion blogger, RELish By Arielle wears black and white

This weekend, I celebrated International Women’s Day for the first time as a mama of two girls. Thanks to Daylight Savings, I got an extra hour of snuggle time with my two minis yesterday morning.  I thought about how proud I am to be raising two girl bosses. I’m head over heels in love with being a girl mom and I can’t wait to see who these two grow up to be. Sharing some recent photos with my girls today as well as our outfits. Here’s to strong women. May we know them. May we raise them. May we be them.

FAVORITE SHOPS FOR BABY GIRL HEADBANDS

Los Angeles blogger, RELish By Arielle, wears a gray Chicwish maxi skirt

Since I was almost entirely bald for the first year of my life (before my #bighairdontcare came in), my mom would spend hours hand-making me bows.  Apparently, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree because as soon as I learned Phil and I were having a baby girl, I couldn’t stop building up Naiya’s bow collection too.  Thankfully, I’ve found so many bows I love online, I don’t have to spend hours making them myself (because those of you who know me best know that I would totally do that!).

5 TIPS FOR FLYING WITH YOUR TODDLER

It’s been such a whirlwind of a week since I last posted! Phil, Naiya and I flew to New York City for a wedding last Friday and we visited with friends and family throughout the weekend. Although we arrived back in LA on Monday, I feel like I’m still recovering! Traveling with our almost one-year old was so much more exhausting than when Naiya was a newborn (more about our first trip with her here). Likewise, along with today’s outfit post, I’m rounding up my Top 5 Tips For Surviving Flights With Your Toddler using all of the intel we learned along our trip. I know we could have used all the advice we could get before our trip so hopefully today’s post will help other families taking the travel plunge with their little ones in the near future.
