How is quarantine time moving by even quicker than normal time? I keep blinking and Sadie and Naiya keep growing another month older and I can’t keep up. Still working so hard to find the perfect balance between working remotely from home and mom-ing without any breathers and it’s definitely not easy! I’m sure all mamas are feeling the grind this year of all years so I know we’re all in it together.
I just got my nail polish 3D-printed for less than the cost of a professional mani and my nails no longer look quarantine-disheveled over here! If you’re looking for the perfect at-home, salon-perfect mani pedi, sharing a company you should know about today because I’m obsessed. And make sure you scroll down to the bottom of this post for a discount code to try this brand out for yourself.
As quarantine continues, I’m continuing to soak in all of this extra time with my girls. Today, we’re all dressed up with nowhere to go but we’ve gotten used to this of course. After singing “Let It Go” from ‘Frozen’ 25 times in a row, Naiya asked if we could wear matching princess dresses and she also wanted “ballerina buns” in her hair. You ask and you shall receive in this household right now. We put on matching white dresses and Naiya picked out baby Sadie’s floral onesie. Linking to all of our looks below as well as some of our favorite family snapshots from the weekend. What month is it even? How much bigger can my eyebrows get?! After all, it’s about the most important questions right now. But in all seriousness, hoping everyone is hanging in there as best as possible in all of this craziness.
Mamas with babies who are eating solids (or are about to start!), this post is for you. Sadie is obsessing over these Square Baby food puree meals that are delivered right to our door–fresh, delish and ready to go. Today, I’m sharing a review of the brand below as well as some of our favorite snaps of Sadie and Naiya digging in. Let’s just say this shoot was messy (and wearing white probably wasn’t the best idea).
The silver lining of this quarantine period has been all of the extra time I’m getting to spend with both of my girls. I love watching their relationship grow stronger by the day and watching them start to interact and play with one another is the sweetest. But since Naiya still struggles with sharing me, I do my best to carve out one-on-one Naiya time every day because I know how important it is to her.
