My husband treated me to some new watercolor paper over the holidays so I was so excited to be able to paint away while we were traveling on the east coast. I spent the week getting inspired by holiday gowns so naturally, I couldn’t help but paint some looks I’d love to construct myself some day.
I’ve had my eye on these over-the-knee Stuart Weitzman boots for months now and since I haven’t quite locked a pair of my own down yet, I painted them on the woman on the far left. I’m also loving the color red right now so I painted two very different dresses–one boho gown and a short textured cocktail frock. The second woman from the left is wearing the most timeless look out of the bunch and she was inspired by classic movie stars like Audrey Hepburn.
