I am a huge fan of Rebecca Minkoff’s line: I love that her clothes, shoes and accessories are made of such soft, luxurious leathers and that they add a great rocker-chic feel to any outfit. Likewise, today’s look was inspired by Rebecca Minkoff and I had a lot of fun putting it together. The gray mini mac purse I am wearing above is one which I highly recommend. The bag comes in a plethora of colors but I picked this gray one because it really does go with everything. The studded leather jacket I chose above has quickly become a staple item in my wardrobe. The three-quarter length sleeves help make the jacket versatile for all seasons and it really does dress up any outfit. I also love that it is dark blue in color because it really stands out from other leather jackets out there.
To top of the above outfit, I paired black Rag and Bone booties with the above triangle skirt that was a bit of a D.I.Y. project for me a few weeks ago. When I originally bought the skirt, I wasn’t crazy about its bright blue color. In order to fix this, I decided to try my hand at dying the material myself. I bought some black Rit Dye at my local craft store and I was very excited with my final results. The skirt turned more of a navy blue and now I have a one-of-a-kind skirt and I wear it all the time.
