Our family had the best trip to Prague this past fall (more here) and because of crazy mom life, I’m only just now getting a chance to share a bit more about it. Better late than never, I’m so excited to share this post with you! First off, it’s so special to look back at these photos of Naiya because she’s already grown so much since this trip (I’m not crying, you’re crying!). Without further ado, I’m excited to round up the top 10 things to do with a toddler or baby in Prague. Let’s face it: traveling with kids 0-3 can be especially challenging! It’s my hope that the below tips will help you to enjoy this city to its fullest potential with your little ones in tow. Sharing outfit details below too. Enjoy!
Happy December! How did this year fly by so quickly? Naiya turned three months old yesterday and it felt like such an accomplishment. Month three was the first month where Phil and I started to feel like ourselves again. The first couple months of Naiya’s life are still a total blur so finding any semblance of a routine this month has been beyond rewarding. Today, I’m excited to share how I’m wearing bright blue this winter as well as a baby update. Also, in pretty big news, I zipped up this pair of jeans for the first time since having Naiya so there’s that! High-waisted pants, I missed you!
When Phil and I originally booked our plane tickets back east for Thanksgiving, we had no idea what to expect. We knew Naiya would be just shy of three months old by that time and we were worried she would cry the whole flight and disrupt the passengers around us. We’ve all sat near screaming babies on flights and the thought of being “those” people with the crying baby felt so nerve-racking! Then Phil and I realized there’s no time like the present to practice traveling with Naiya. Since we lived to tell the tale, I’m excited to share Naiya’s first travel story with you today. I’m also rounding up our Top 5 Tips for Flying with Baby for your traveling pleasure.
Sharing some more photos from our babymoon in Maui a few weeks ago (check out our other posts here, here and here) and these are some of my favorites. On the last full day of our trip, Phil and I woke up at 2am to drive to the summit of the Haleakala Volcano to watch the sunrise. Since my morning sickness was still really bad, we had decided to pass on driving Maui’s famous Road to Hana earlier in our trip and this was our substitute adventure.
As we were packing for our babymoon a few weeks ago, I realized right away that I was overpacking. Aside from tossing a bunch of bathing suits into my suitcase, I couldn’t figure out how to pair down the rest of my outfits (which was not a good thing since Phil and I were sharing a suitcase!). If I could go back in time, I would have taken maybe 3-4 outfits out of my bag (making my hubby much happier) and I would have replaced them with this versatile dress.
